They were able to remove all stains and carefully moved furniture when needed. Their level of customer service was outstanding!

Advanced Carpet Care took care of smoke smell in our car! The smell was very strong and we never envisioned it could be removed, but Gary and his team completely removed the smell! Communication with Gary was excellent and he even followed up after to check in on our satisfaction! This level of service is a gem today!

Gary and his cleaning partner did an outstanding job deep cleaning our entire house. They were prompt, wore masks inside our home and worked very quickly and efficiently for almost 2 hours. We had a large protein shake spill on our carpet and found it was very difficult to get out, particularly the smell. After about a week of trying to shampoo it on our own, we decided to enlist professional help. Gary was able to fit us in the same day we called. He and his team were very conscientious, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. They also took the time to explain the process of how they were going to treat the carpet. Given the type of spill it was and that it had been in the carpet for almost a week before calling, they offered to come out an additional time to treat it, if needed. Advance Carpet Care saved us from having to replace our carpet. We are very appreciative to them and highly recommend them to anyone in need of carpet cleaning services.
