Advanced Carpet Care took care of smoke smell in our car! The smell was very strong and we never envisioned it could be removed, but Gary and his team completely removed the smell! Communication with Gary was excellent and he even followed up after to check in on our satisfaction! This level of service is a gem today!

We recently moved into a new home that needed some work. We called Gary at Advanced, who met us at the home immediately following closing to clean the carpet and in our first week here we also hired Gary and team to clean our tile/grout and to do an ozone treatment to get rid of a cigarette smoke smell in our lower level. They not only did an amazing job and had our floors looking brand new, but completely rid our home of any smells and they were all so friendly and efficient. Thanks to Advanced we felt comfortable moving our family into our new home and making it our own. We would highly recommend Advanced and will definitely hire them again!

Advanced Carpet's staff was professional, friendly, and was able to come out very quickly after I called. I also felt the price was reasonable. They eliminated pet odor from our carpets and the carpet looked and felt clean upon completion. Would definitely recommend/use them again.
