If you have pets, Gary and his team is the best company to use. Gary has done our carpets a couple times but this time he did our furniture due to one of my cats that had a UTI and peed on the furniture and the area rug. Not only did he get all the stains out but also that icky pee smell that stunk the whole room up. Everything now smells so fresh.

Gary and his cleaning partner did an outstanding job deep cleaning our entire house. They were prompt, wore masks inside our home and worked very quickly and efficiently for almost 2 hours. Both gentlemen were engaging, polite and very professional. Our carpets look brand new! My husband and I are very pleased with the job that Advanced Carpet Care did and would highly recommend this service to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned!

We had a large protein shake spill on our carpet and found it was very difficult to get out, particularly the smell. After about a week of trying to shampoo it on our own, we decided to enlist professional help. Gary was able to fit us in the same day we called. He and his team were very conscientious, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. They also took the time to explain the process of how they were going to treat the carpet. Given the type of spill it was and that it had been in the carpet for almost a week before calling, they offered to come out an additional time to treat it, if needed. Very pleased with the work done by Gary and his team! We had the carpet in our new home cleaned prior to move in. They were able to come out the same day I called, and they did a wonderful job on our carpet. Since the previous owners had pets, we wanted to be sure there were no lingering issues or odors before moving in with our own pets. They were so courteous and the carpets look so much better! The impressions from furniture are barely visible any longer, and they pulled a lot of pet hair out of the carpet with the cleaning that remained despite my vacuuming.
