The tile looked great in the end and it’s so nice to know I have really clean floors. My bengal cats were additionally thrilled that everyone was a cat lover, willing to pet them as demanded, and keep them safe as the floors were being cleaned.

We had a large protein shake spill on our carpet and found it was very difficult to get out, particularly the smell. After about a week of trying to shampoo it on our own, we decided to enlist professional help. Gary was able to fit us in the same day we called. He and his team were very conscientious, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. They also took the time to explain the process of how they were going to treat the carpet. Given the type of spill it was and that it had been in the carpet for almost a week before calling, they offered to come out an additional time to treat it, if needed. Advance Carpet Care saved us from having to replace our carpet. We are very appreciative to them and highly recommend them to anyone in need of carpet cleaning services.

I called Advanced, spoke to Gary and he squeezed me into his schedule. He arrived when he said he would, and the carpets were cleaned in plenty of time to do the walk-through. Gary did an amazing job!! The carpets came cleaner than I expected them to, and he even helped me out with a couple of spots on the linoleum in the kitchen without my asking! I will definitely use Advanced in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone!
