Gary literally came to my rescue!! Another cleaner cancelled on me on the morning of the scheduled cleaning and I had to do a walk-through with our landlord that same day. I called Advanced, spoke to Gary and he squeezed me into his schedule. He arrived when he said he would, and the carpets were cleaned in plenty of time to do the walk-through. Gary did an amazing job!! The carpets came cleaner than I expected them to, and he even helped me out with a couple of spots on the linoleum in the kitchen without my asking! I will definitely use Advanced in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone!

Very thorough explanation of processes and advantages of this method especially for pet stains. Guys were prompt and courteous and the rooms came out better than expected. Will definitely use again. I have cleaned carpet professionally many years ago and was impressed by this business.

We recently moved into a new home that needed some work. We called Gary at Advanced, who met us at the home immediately following closing to clean the carpet and in our first week here we also hired Gary and team to clean our tile/grout and to do an ozone treatment to get rid of a cigarette smoke smell in our lower level. They not only did an amazing job and had our floors looking brand new, but completely rid our home of any smells and they were all so friendly and efficient. Thanks to Advanced we felt comfortable moving our family into our new home and making it our own. We would highly recommend Advanced and will definitely hire them again!

We are so happy with the service that we received from Advanced Carpet Cleaning. Our carpets look amazing and the gentlemen providing the service were very kind and professional. They were able to remove all stains and carefully moved furniture when needed. Their level of customer service was outstanding!

We had a leaky water pipe in our living room and some stains in our hallway we could never get the stains to go away. We called Advanced carpet Care . Gary ,Tim,and Brad got those rust stains out of the carpet! Efficiently! From now on about every six months I'm going to have them come and clean my carpet! Maintaining my home is important to me!
