Very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and all around service from Gary and his crew! Unfortunately our sump pump stopped working and Gary was there as soon as possible and took care of everything. He saved us thousands by not having to replace our carpet. Cannot recommend them enough!

We had a large protein shake spill on our carpet and found it was very difficult to get out, particularly the smell. After about a week of trying to shampoo it on our own, we decided to enlist professional help. Gary was able to fit us in the same day we called. He and his team were very conscientious, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. They also took the time to explain the process of how they were going to treat the carpet. Given the type of spill it was and that it had been in the carpet for almost a week before calling, they offered to come out an additional time to treat it, if needed.
