Just wanted you to know what a GREAT job your men did on cleaning our carpet last week! This was the first time I tried your company and I was thoroughly impressed. Your men came in and asked if there were any stains that they needed to pre-treat. We had a large protein shake spill on our carpet and found it was very difficult to get out, particularly the smell. After about a week of trying to shampoo it on our own, we decided to enlist professional help. Gary was able to fit us in the same day we called. He and his team were very conscientious, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. They also took the time to explain the process of how they were going to treat the carpet. Given the type of spill it was and that it had been in the carpet for almost a week before calling, they offered to come out an additional time to treat it, if needed. Advance Carpet Care saved us from having to replace our carpet. We are very appreciative to them and highly recommend them to anyone in need of carpet cleaning services.
