We had a large protein shake spill on our carpet and found it was very difficult to get out, particularly the smell. After about a week of trying to shampoo it on our own, we decided to enlist professional help. Gary was able to fit us in the same day we called. He and his team were very conscientious, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. They also took the time to explain the process of how they were going to treat the carpet. Given the type of spill it was and that it had been in the carpet for almost a week before calling, they offered to come out an additional time to treat it, if needed. Advance Carpet Care saved us from having to replace our carpet. We are very appreciative to them and highly recommend them to anyone in need of carpet cleaning services.

We recently moved into a new home that needed some work. We called Gary at Advanced, who met us at the home immediately following closing to clean the carpet and in our first week here we also hired Gary and team to clean our tile/grout and to do an ozone treatment to get rid of a cigarette smoke smell in our lower level. They not only did an amazing job and had our floors looking brand new, but completely rid our home of any smells and they were all so friendly and efficient. The team of two showed up on time as scheduled and got right to work. They were friendly and great to work with. Very efficient yet thorough. They took their time on a few trouble areas in the carpets to get the job done right. Will be using them again for future work!
